Like any young girl Nicole would get together with her girl friends and do their hair and makeup. She never really saw this as a future career; in high school she was very focused on her art classes. During her first semester at Hartford Art School she kept thinking why not combine her artistic ability and her love for beauty. Right away she left art school and went to beauty school and got her cosmetology license. Although Nicole attended beauty school to become a makeup artist she soon developed a love for hair styling too.

She started working at one of Long Island’s best salons, Anthony DeFranco Salon and Spa. Here she met so many wonderful artists that were passionate about hair. She was lucky enough to assist one of the hair stylist’s at New York Fashion Week 2015. That’s where she was reminded how much she loved makeup.

A few months later Nicole attended Make-up Designory in New York City, where she really sharpened her makeup skills and gained more experience. She worked on photo shoots with New York based photographers and worked with some of NYC’s top modeling agencies (ex: APM Models, Major Models, ASM Models).

Nicole loves to be inspired by other artists. She makes sure to collect her favorite photographs from magazines; she sorts them and puts them all in different binders that she calls her “Inspiration Bibles”.  “I truly believe that every one is inspired by fashion, artist or not. We all strive to be like the models we see in any media, effortlessly striking,” says Nicole.

With big plans for herself Nicole plans to work with the best in the business. She wants to be a big impact on beauty’s future face.
